本文将马斯洛需求层次理论应用到保障房居住环境空间，分析了保障房居住空间分异影响居民的深层次原因，在此基础上结合宜居城市科学评价标准选取了保障房居住空间分异的影响评价指标。基于GIS( 地理信息系统) 与MAS( 多智能体)，创新性地从宏观实体和微观个体相结合的角度提出了保障房居住空间分异的影响评价方法。通过评价可以反映出问题的严重程度，为政府制定优化保障房居住环境的政策提供理论依据，从而可以改善保障房居住区与周围环境的关系，达到有利于城市和谐发展的目的。 - 关键词：
保障房；居住空间分异；评价指标；评价方法； - Abstract: This paper applies Maslow's hierarchy of needs to living environment of affordable housing. Then deep-rooted reasons of influences on residents of affordable housing's residential space differentiation are analyzed. On this basis, the evaluation indexes of influences are selected which are combined with scientific evaluation criteria of livable city. Based on GIS and MAS, evaluation method of effects of affordable housing's residential space differentiation are proposed from the perspective of macro-entity and micro-individual. The evaluation can reflect the extent of the problem and provide a theoretical basis for the government to develop affordable housing’s environment. The ultimate goal is to improve the relationship between affordable housing’s residential area and surroundingsso as to benefit the harmonious development of the city.
