本文利用相对集中指数对东北地区15 个口岸、口岸城市10 年来（2001-2010 年）发展状况进行分析。结果表明，口岸与城市发展存在不均衡性，15 个沿边口岸城市呈现三种发展态势（截至2010 年底），一是满洲里、二连浩特、绥芬河3 个口岸经济发展显著超越城市经济发展; 二是口岸城市丹东正处于口岸与城市同步发展阶段；三是其他11 个口岸城市经济发展和口岸经济发展都相对较弱，没有形成一方的带动。 - 关键词：
相对集中指数；口岸；口岸城市；东北沿边地区； - Abstract: The paper analyzed the development situation of 15 ports and port-cities in Northeast border of China from 2001 to 2010 based on RCI. The result suggests that the 15 ports and port-cities present three kinds of development situations(by the end of 2010). The first includes Manzhouli, Erenhot, Suifenhe whose development of port economy obviously exceeds urban economy; the second includes Dandong whose development of port and port-cites is in a synchronous development stage; the third kind includes the rest 11 ports and port-cites, both of whose development of urban economy and the development of port economy are weaker. Neither aspect takes the lead, and obviously the relationship of ports and port-cites is not balanced.
