- 城市开放空间满意度的影响因子研究——以南京主城区为分析对象

通过城市开放空间使用者满意度评价的调查，运用统计学的相关分析和回归分析等手法整理出与城市开放空间满意度关系密切的评价因子，设计了城市开放空间满意度的影响因子分析方法。以南京主城区作为研究对象，选取18 个不同尺度和类型的开放空间为研究样本，说明该方法的运用过程。实验过程证明了该方法的可靠性。回归方程表明：与其他7 个评价因子相比，吸引力、整洁、美观、实用和安全5 个评价因子与南京主城区开放空间满意度关系密切。在中观层面上梳理出了对南京主城区开放空间整体建设和优化具有实践指导意义的信息。其他城市均可采用该方法进行开放空间满意度影响因子的测定，分析结果可能因城市各自的特点而存在差异。 - 关键词：
开放空间；满意度；影响因子；相关分析；回归分析； - Abstract: The impact factors of open space user satisfaction and the analysis method are drawn out through the satisfaction evaluation of urban open space, statistic analysis of correlation and regression. Eighteen different scale and types of open spaces in the main city of Nanjing were selected to illustrate the application process of the evaluation method. The experimental results validate that this method is effective. Regression equation shows that compared with other seven impact factors, attraction, neatness, beauty, utility and security are the five ones closely related to open space user satisfaction. In middle view, the analysis results reveal the information that has important directive to open space construction and optimization practices in the main city of Nanjing. The evaluation method can be used to measure the impact factors of open space user satisfaction of every city, and the analysis results may be varied in regression equation because of the differences of cities.
