- 摘要：
智慧城市是智慧地推进新型城镇化建设，是加强城市规划、建设、管理和运行的新模式。智慧城市试点是住房和城乡建设部推进新型城镇化工作的重要部署，已在逐步地影响并引导着越来越多城市的发展模式、建设重点、创新特色等发展道路，也不断地涌现了各样的创建典型并暴露了各样的不足与教训。因此，进一步深化智慧城市的理念与内涵、总结创建工作的经验与不足，不仅对当前的试点管理工作、城市创建与产业发展有帮助，也更利于我国智慧城市工作的整体健康发展。 - 关键词：
智慧城市试点；实践经验；共性问题； - Abstract: Construction of smart city is to push on the new-type urbanization smartly, and it is also the new pattern to strengthen the new mode of city planning, construction, management and operation. Smart city pilot study is an important strategy to promote the new-type urbanization, which is gradually influencing and guiding more and more cities to innovate and develop. After several years of practice, there are some typical cases and deficiency exposed. Therefore, further deepening the understanding and connotation of smart city, and summarizing the experience and deficiency of practice, are not only helpful to the current pilot management but also conducive to the healthy development of smart city in China.
