集约用地的规划导向对公园绿地布局调控中的指标均衡分配、用地效率提升、空间均匀布局等方面提出了更高的要求。在此背景下，本文首先探讨了精细化理念下的公园绿地集约型布局优化调控基本特征与内涵。其次，解析了公园绿地集约型布局优化调控的要点。在此基础上，结合佛山市公园绿地规划与发展过程中出现的关键问题，以佛山中心组团中的区域性公园布局分析和调控为例，介绍了公园绿地集约型布局优化调控的应用特点。 - 关键词：
公园绿地；城市绿地系统；集约用地；规划调控；精细化； - Abstract: The planning objective of intensive land use set higher demands to the public park planning, especially on the aspects of planning indices balance distribution, land use efficiency improvement, and evenly layout arrangement. At this background, the basic characteristics and contents of the public park intensive layout optimization and regulation methods oriented by delicacy management theory have been firstly discussed. Then, the key points of the public park intensive layout optimization and regulation were classified and analyzed. On this base, referring to the problems in the process of public park planning and development in Foshan, the features of the intensive layout optimization and regulation methods of public park in application were introduced by studying the district park layout analysis and regulation in the Central Cluster of Foshan city.
