- 摘要：
为更好发挥城镇化动力机制研究对于城乡发展的引导促进作用，在分析新型城镇化内涵、明确动力机制类型基础上，分别从研究视角、研究方法、研究意义等方面比较新型城镇化动力机制研究与以往研究之间的特征和差异，评价其不足，提出以下努力方向：（1）加强城镇化测度指标体系和方法的创新；（2）细分不同类型动力对城镇化作用的机理研究；（3）推进不同动力之间的相互影响研究；（4）强化动力机制对于城镇功能提升的研究。 - 关键词：
新型城镇化；动力机制；研究进展；国内； - Abstract: For playing more roles to urban and rural development, on the basis of the connotation and classification analysis, this paper compares the differences between dynamic mechanism research on new type of urbanization and the research on traditional type of urbanization from the three aspects of perspective, methodology, and significance. The following features are found that the correlation analysis between urbanization level and dynamic mechanism is intensified, the models on dynamic mechanism are deepened, and the ideas on urban development paths are expanded. However, this research still needs further enhancement: (1) the creation in new type degree evaluation of urbanization level; (2) the effect of one type of motivation on urbanization; (3) the interaction among different motivations; (4) the effects of dynamic mechanism on urban function.
