引入路径依赖理论框架，指出20世纪50年代至21世纪初期，工业遗产社区在一系列正增长机制影响下，形成“单位制”、“政府主导”保护路径，并衍生出体制、政策、主体及资金方面的负锁定效应。在以旧城改造为主导模式的城市更新进程中，应通过构建多元化保护主体，创建遗产保护政策体系，建设社区商业综合体，创新产业化利用方式等路径，突破目前保护路径的闭锁效应，实现工业遗产社区保护与城市发展的良性互动。 - 关键词：
工业遗产社区；保护；单位制；路径依赖；路径创新； - Abstract: The paper, by applying the theoretical framework of path dependence theory, points out that under the influence of the positive growth mechanism, industrial heritage community has formed the conservation path of “work unit system” and “government leading”, and has developed negative lock-in effects of the system, the policy, the main body and the funds since the 1950s to the beginning of this century. During the process of urban regeneration dominating by old city reconstruction as the main mode, it is necessary to break through the current lock-in effect of conservation paths and to realize the positive interaction between the conservation of industrial heritage community and the urban development by building the diversified conservation main body, creating the policy system of heritage conservation, constructing community commercial complex, innovating the mode of industrialization reuse.
