- 摘要：
同城化已经成为区域一体化发展的新趋势。本文从同城化的内涵出发，首先提出构建汕潮揭城镇群的目标就是要实现汕潮揭同城化；通过分析汕潮揭同城化的现实基础和约束条件，从空间布局、职能分工、产业协作、快速交通、生态环境管制、水环境整治等方面提出构建汕潮揭城镇群、实现同城化的实施路径。 - 关键词：
同城化；城镇群；区域竞争力；城市转型升级；生态环境管制；水环境整治； - Abstract: Integration of neighboring cities has been a new trend in the regional integration development. This paper puts forward objective of constructing Shantou-Chaozhou-Jieyang urban agglomeration is reaching integration of neighboring cities at first. After analyzing its advantage and disadvantage, this paper puts forward some implement approaches which include form spatial arrangement, functional division, industrial cooperation, rapid transition, ecological environmental regulation, water environment regulation, etc.
