文章运用国家空间选择的分析框架，从政策作用的地域和空间尺度分析了建国以来我国区域政策的演变与特征。研究认为近期在区域协调发展理念下密集出台的区域政策与计划经济时期的区域平均主义有本质区别，实际是改革开放以来点轴开发模式和不均衡发展战略的延续。虽然经济增长极的培育从城市内部开发区转向了特定城市或城市群，有助于其内部的整合发展，但也将加剧竞争，拉大主要城市和城市群与其他城市区域的发展差距。 - 关键词：
区域政策；演变；国家空间选择； - Abstract: The paper decodes the transformation of regional policies in China from the analytical framework based on Neil Brenner’s new state space and state spatial selectivity. It finds that the resurging regional policies since 2000s are in essence different from the regional egalitarianism during the planned economy. It assumes that the regional governance is rescaling from the urban level towards the city-region, leading to increased competition and enhanced disparity between major cities and city-regions.
