以2010 年江苏省第六次人口普查数据为主要依据，从流动人口规模、结构和空间聚集三个主要方面对江苏省流动人口特征与趋势进行研究：江苏省流动人口增长逐渐缓慢，预计于2020年将稳定在2000 万人左右；流动人口结构老化、劳动年龄人口高龄化趋势加剧，文化结构转变缓慢，职业结构依产业结构调整而改变，居住时间上具有长期化倾向；流动人口以聚集在苏南地区为主，但具有空间分布均衡化的趋势；基于上述研究结论提出促进江苏人口、经济社会和谐发展的建议与措施。 - 关键词：
流动人口；规模；结构；空间聚集度； - Abstract: Jiang Su Province is under the key period of both industrial structure adjustment and transition of social economy development. This paper deeply studies the characters and trend variations of Jiang Su Province in three aspects of the total amount, the population structure and the spatial distribution. Some suggestions are recommended.
