商业是城市产生和发展的主要因素，因此商业空间分布研究一直是学者们关注的热点。本文基于广州第二次经济普查中的法人单位商业（包括批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业）分镇街就业人员数据，采用集中化指数、区位商、MapInfo 空间分析法对广州2008 年商业空间分布进行研究，并用地理联系率分析了商业与人口的关系。研究结果表明：广州商业空间分布特征是高度集中在C B D，并有郊区化趋势，但只是近郊；广州商业分布的集中程度极高，其中住宿和餐饮业的集中程度比批发和零售业的更高；广州商业已经形成位于CBD 的上下九、北京路和天河南3 个商业中心和位于番禺区的1 个市桥商业次中心的空间结构；影响商业在广州城市空间分布的因素主要是人口、交通和政策，商业与人口空间分布较为相似，存在着密切的地理联系。 - 关键词：
商业；空间分布；空间结构；影响因素；广州； - Abstract: Commercial activity is a driving force in urban development and spatial formation. It is thereby a popular subject for academics researching spatial distribution. This paper uses a case study of Guangzhou to explore the commercial distribution and spatial structure of its central metropolis area. Commercial employment data (including wholesale and retail, accommodation and restaurant data) are taken from the second economic census, and Guangzhou’s 2008 yearbook is used for data relating to the Jiedao area. The results show that Guangzhou commerce is highly clustered in the CBD, and a trend of urban sprawl is found in the inner-suburbs. The agglomeration degree of commerce is extremely high with that of restaurants being higher than wholesale and retail. Guangzhou commercial spatial structure has composed of three centres ‘Shangxiajiu’, ‘Beijing Road’ and ‘Tianhenan’ in the CBD, and one sub-centre ‘Shiqiao’ in the Panyu district. The spatial distribution of Guangzhou’s commercial industry stems from trends in population, transport and government policy with links between population density and commercial intensity.
