本文在收集整理我国“多规融合”理论研究和实践案例基础之上，借鉴生态学和地理学中的尺度理念，辨析和界定“多规融合”实践中的尺度概念，并通过实践案例的归纳整理和现象解析，从规划范围、规划深度和协调内容等这几个方面，剖析了我国“多规融合”实践中存在的尺度效应，进一步从融合工具选择和规划融合实践过程两方面进行了尺度分析。 - 关键词：
三规合一；多规融合；尺度效应；尺度分析； - Abstract: Based on collection of “multiple planning coordination” research and practice cases, this paper analyzed the scale issue in those practice cases and defined the scale concept in planning coordination, including grade, extent and grain, drawing lessons from the scale concept of geography and ecology. Through the cases generalization and phenomenon analysis, this paper analyzed the scale effect from planning scope, planning depth and coordination content, and implemented the scale analysis in selection of planning integration tools and process of planning integration.
