住宅需求是动态发展的，可变适应性设计可以解决住宅形制的稳定性与需求的易变性之间的矛盾，是实现住宅长效使用的一种有效方法。本文将可变适应性设计理念导入保障性住宅中，研究了保障性住宅套型内空间、住宅公共空间与设备、住区配套公建设施三个层级上可变适应性的设计内容与设计方案，继而讨论了可变适应性改造的管理模式和资金投入渠道，形成了从理
念到方法到实施的一套解决方案。 - 关键词：
保障性住宅；可变适应性；长效使用；设计；管理； - Abstract: The need for housing is a dynamic process. The study brought the concept of variable adaptability into indemnificatory Housing design, implement analysis of the variable adaptive design in 3 levels of Indemnificatory Housing: the interior space level, public space level,equipment and supporting facilities level. Furthermore, the management and investment channels for the redevelopment of variable adaptive Indemnificatory Housing were discussed. Eventually,a series of solutions were put forward.
