重点对近年来国内外城市就业与居住空间研究进展进行总结和分析。国外学者重点通过城市经济学模型对城市就业与居住空间变化因素进行解释，认为集聚经济促使城市出现功能单中心和多中心的分化。国内学者主要从就业、居住空间区位选择因素和空间关系两方面出发，解释了目前我国大中城市就业与居住空间格局特征及影响因素。研究认为，目前国内仍需加强对中微观层面城市就业与居住空间变化影响因素以及规划应对措施的研究。 - 关键词：
就业空间；居住空间；研究进展； - Abstract: This article mainly summarizes the recent research progress in the subject of employment and residential space. Foreign scholars mainly explain the factors in the change of urban employment and residential space through the model city economics, and think that agglomeration economy prompted the functional differentiation of “single center” and “multi center city”. Domestic scholars mainly explain the current employment and residential spatial pattern of China's large and medium-sized city from the two aspects of employment, the residential location choice factors and spatial relationship. This research thinks that the current domestic research still needs to be strengthened in the aspects of influence factors and planning measures of employment and residential space in the city micro level.
