北京中心城区人口和功能已达到过饱和状态，城市空间向外缘拓展是必然趋势，以轨道交通引导新城的有序发展是有效策略之一。本文通过研究、分析轨道交通市郊线顺义线（15 号线）和亦庄线分别对顺义新城、亦庄新城的引导作用，总结和思考北京轨道交通市郊线与外缘新城空间发展的相互作用和关系，使轨道交通与新城能够协调、有序发展。 - 关键词：
轨道交通市郊线；顺义线；亦庄线；外缘空间； - Abstract: The population and function of Beijing center city have reached the supersaturated state. That the urban space expands to outer edge is an inevitable trend, and it is one of the effective strategies that the rail transit guides the expansion of the new town. In this paper, through research and analysis of the leading role of the suburban rail of Shunyi Line(M15) and Yizhuang Line for Shunyi new town and Yizhuang new town, it puts forward the interactions and relationships of Beijing rail transit on the outskirts and outer space, and recommends making the rail transit and new towns develop coordinately and orderly.
