《成渝经济区区域规划》的正式批复对成渝两地的发展和促进全国区域协调发展有着不可忽视的重要作用。成都与重庆，作为国内西部区域经济的重要组成部分以及成渝地区的核心城市，是如何从一对“冤家”城市，历经多次分与合，成长为今天携手共谋发展的“双子星”? 本文从历史角度梳理了成渝地区的发展脉络，将其发展分成身合心合、身合心不合和心合身不合三个阶段，并分别对这三个阶段的发展特征和形成机制进行描述与总结，最后得出经济、政策、社会是影响成渝地区发展演变的三个重要因素。 - 关键词：
成渝地区；发展演化；历史视角； - Abstract: The establishment of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone which was approved by the state department has an important role that cannot be ignored to the growth of ChengYu region and the national regional coordinated development. As an important part of the western regional economy and the core cities of ChengYu region, Chengdu and Chongqing, from a pair of “enemy” cities grow up to “twin” cities. From a historical perspective, this paper examines the formation process of ChengYu region in three stages and summarizes the characteristics of its formation process and analyzes the formation mechanism. Finally, it is concluded that the economy, policy, society are three vital factors in the formation process of ChengYu region.
