商住复合型居住区是指以商业和居住两种功能为主导的、商业设施具有辐射性的居住区。在现今商住复合型住区的规划实践中，商业服务设施在人居软环境体系中往往受到负面评价。本文通过实证调查，在分析商业对住区人居环境的影响及影响程度的同时，对该类居住区的不同形态进行了商业干扰度的比较研究，以期能够找到协调商住矛盾、提升住区人居环境的优化手段，从而构建一种亲和宜居的、商住平衡的、可持续的现代化住区模式。 - 关键词：
居住区；人居环境；商住矛盾； - Abstract: This article mainly talks about residential communities which have large-scale commercial facilities inside and the impact on settlements outside. This article chooses four residential communities of this kind to study the influence of commerce on the living environment inside the communities. In order to find out how to design is best for coordinating the contradiction between commerce and residence, this article has done a comparative research on the selected communities which are different in planning. The results will be used to improve the living environment in this kind of communities and build comfortable,sustainable and modern residential communities in the future.
