- 摘要：
本文着重论述旅游业的发展对新型城镇化进程中的推动作用。新型城镇化建设已成为全社会关注的热点，而旅游业是新型城镇化建设中不可忽视的经济增长点，旅游业不仅能为经济发展增添动力，还能提升人民幸福指数、增加就业人口、改善生态环境、增加农民收入、保护与传承历史文化、提升城市文化品牌、促进城乡统筹等综合社会价值，其产业特性对带动新型城镇化城乡统筹、城乡一体、产城互动、节约集约、生态宜居、和谐发展具有积极的促进作用；同时，旅游业的发展还能带来活跃的人流、物流、资金流来有效推进新型城镇化进程，引领新型城镇化走健康、持续发展之路，促进实现由旅游引导、内需型产业带动的新型城镇化。伴随《国家新型城镇化规划（2014-2020年）》条例的颁布，新型城镇化建设成为新一轮经济发展的重要引擎。旅游业的发展，既成为了建设“美丽中国”的重要内容，又是实现中华民族伟大复兴“中国梦”的重要组成部分，旅游业必将推动新型城镇化发展与产业转型。 - 关键词：
旅游业；新型城镇化；推动作用；聚拢效应；搬运功能； - Abstract: This paper focuses on the development of tourism in the new urbanization. New urbanization construction has become the hot topic of the whole society, and tourism is a new type of economic growth that cannot be ignored in the construction of urbanization, which not only can add motivation for the economic development but also can increase people's happiness index and employment rate, improve the ecological environment, increase farmers' income, protection and inheritance history and culture, urban culture brand, and promote the comprehensive social value such as urban and rural areas as a whole, the industry characteristics of new urbanization in urban and rural areas as a whole, the urban and rural integration, production, economical and intensive, ecological livable city interaction, a positive role in promoting harmonious development. At the same time, the development of tourism can bring active flow, logistics, cash flow to effectively promote the new urbanization process, help new towns’ healthy and sustainable development, and promote tourism.
