本文对德国收缩城市的研究进行概述，并以莱比锡——一座经历长期人口减少、如今实现城市再发展并且活力复兴的城市为例，对德国的收缩城市再发展策略进行分析: 包括强调收缩城市产业升级转型、创造就业岗位、房屋供求平衡、城市住房条件改善和城市活力及吸引力提升；最后，文章总结莱比锡城市收缩再发展的经验，为国内收缩城市的研究及发展战略提供参考。 - 关键词：
收缩城市；城市再发展；莱比锡； - Abstract: This study has reviewed the research on shrinking city in Germany, especially the
redevelopment strategy of Leipzig, which experienced population decline for a long period but has accomplished urban redevelopment recently. Redevelopment strategy focuses on industry transformation, job-creation, housing demand and supply balance, housing renewal, and improvement on urban vitality and urban attraction. Based on the review, it argues that the experiences of redevelopment in Leipzig could be learned in terms of both academic research and redevelopment strategy of shrinking cities in China.
