老人能否在安全、舒适的环境中安享晚年是衡量老年生活质量的重要指标。通过对调研所得数据的分析，得出以下研究结论：①子女宜住在老人附近；②养老地产宜置于城市郊区；③应将“健康养生”理念引入养老环境建设中；④应从物理环境和人文环境两方面进行老年养生环境建设；⑤老年养生环境建设还应考虑人口学特征。并从政策导向、养老物理环境建设、养老人文环境建设和养生养老人才队伍培育四方面提出对策建议，以期为相关部门进行老年养生居住环境建设提供参考。 - 关键词：
养老模式；居住环境；健康养生；养生养老环境建设； - Abstract: Whether an old man is in a safe and comfortable environment to enjoy their last life is an important indicator to measure their life quality. By analyzing the survey data, the paper then draws the following conclusions: first, children should live near the old; second, pension industry should be placed on the outskirts; third, "health regimen" conception into pension environment should be added; fourth, the construction of the retirement community from physical environment and human environment should be made; fifth, the construction of retirement community should also consider demographic characteristics. The paper puts forward suggestions from perspectives of policy orientation, the construction of physical environment, the construction of human environment and the cultivation of regimen pension personnel in order to provide reference for the relevant departments to do the construction of elderly regimen living environment.
