办公楼的屋顶绿化一直是城市绿化体系中重要的组成部分。对于屋顶绿化方法的探索，从环保角度研究的文献已有很多，但是鲜有从以人为本（雇员和雇主）的角度分析其发展的原因及趋势的文章。所以本文主要通过分析两座以先进屋顶绿化建设闻名的北美城市，多伦多与芝加哥,其办公楼的屋顶绿化的发展变化情况，分析出办公屋顶绿化的发展越来越关注对其使用者精神层面的影响。并且利用哲学家福柯的异质空间理论，来解析屋顶绿化对办公空间的异质化作用以及如何利用这一特性提高员工工作效率，创造更好的空间体验感，从而提升整个CBD 的宜居性。 - 关键词：
屋顶绿化；办公楼；异质空间； - Abstract: The green of office building has always been playing an important role in city greening system. Most of the papers concerning this area often study this topic from an ecological view but a human-oriented approach to explore why and how would it develop. With the analysis of green roof development, through the cases of the city of Toronto and Chicago which are the two leading cities of green roof design, this paper tries to find out how would green roof influence the people who work in the office building from a psychological perspective. With the help of the heterotopia theory from Michel Foucault the paper explains the heterotopic role of green roof in an office building and how this feature would enhance the work efficiency and the spatial experience of the people who work in it. Therefore, the livability of the whole CBD space would be improved.
