随着我国城市化进程的推进，城市建设用地日益紧张，工业遗产场地如何能在保护内部工业遗产的同时，兼具促进区域经济发展、丰富市民娱乐休闲生活的功能，成为目前工业遗产保护与再利用的关键。文章从沈阳市铁西区红梅1939 工业遗产规划项目的项目背景、规划内容、场地对经济的带动作用等方面来分析、探讨工业遗产项目在规划过程中的规划步骤。 - 关键词：
工业遗产；规划；再利用；步骤； - Abstract: With the aggravation of the urbanization process of our country, the urban construction land is increasingly tense. How to protect the internal industrial heritage of industrial heritage site, both to promote regional economic development, to enrich the function of the public entertainment and leisure life at the same time, has become the key to the protection and reuse of industrial heritage. This article analyzes and discusses the planning steps of the industrial heritage project in the planning process from the background of the project, the planning content and the driving function of the Tiexi District Hongmei 1939 Project of Shenyang city.
