本文对1998 年到2012 年中原经济区30 个地区的城市化与非农产业的耦合协调关系进行分析。结果表明：非农产业的内部结构的变化对城市化发展具有决定作用。中原经济区城市化与非农产业的耦合度有下降趋势。中原经济区的城市化滞后于非农化, 第三产业落后于城市化。中原经济区城市化与非农产业的耦合度和协调度的空间差异明显。基于此，有计划地调整非农产业结构是推进中原经济区城市化进程的首要任务，尤其是引导第三产业发展。 - 关键词：
城市化；耦合度；协调度；非农化；中原经济区； - Abstract: This paper analyzed urbanization and non-agriculture industry relationships for the 30 regions in the central plains economic zone from 1998 to 2012. As a result, the internal structure of non-agriculture industry takes determinative effect in urbanization. The coupling degree of urbanization and nonagriculture industry was in downtrend. Urbanization had lagged the non-agricultural level in the regions. Tertiary industry had lagged the urbanization in most of regions. There obviously exists regional disparity of the coupling degrees and coupling coordination degrees. The priority is readjust non-agriculture industry structures to enhance urbanization of the central plains economic zone, especially the tertiary industry must be positively directed.
