在总览国内外城市社区公共服务设施配置特点及研究成果的基础上，总结了城市社区公共服务设施的内涵，发现国外研究集中于公共服务设施配置对居民健康的影响、设施空间分布的公平性和可达性、服务绩效和居民满意度评价三个方面，而国内研究集中于设施配置标准、布局评价及规划选址与布局、配置现状及满意度评价三方面。根据国内外研究的特点分别进行文献综述，最后对国内外配置研究的差异进行了反思。 - 关键词：
城市社区；社区公共服务设施；设施配置； - Abstract: This paper summarizes the connotation of public service facilities in urban communities, and finds out that foreign research has focused on the impact of public service facilities on residents' health, the fairness of spatial distribution of facilities and the distribution of public facilities in urban communities and the service performance and residents' satisfaction. The domestic research focuses on three aspects: facility configuration standard, layout evaluation and planning location and layout, configuration status and satisfaction evaluation. According to the characteristics of research at home and abroad, the literature review was implemented, and the difference between domestic and foreign configuration research was studied.
