社区公共服务设施是影响外来人口聚居社区居民生活质量的重要因素之一。以南京市江宁区殷巷社区为例，研究城市边缘外来人口聚居社区公共服务设施供需特征与影响因素。研究发现：外来人口聚居社区公共服务设施的供给不均衡；外来人口聚居社区居民对公共服务设施的需求呈现出差异化的需求结构、特殊的需求偏好和典型的需求分化；社区公共服务设施供需问题的影响因素主要包括制度因素、规划因素与社区因素 - 关键词：
公共服务设施；外来人口聚居社区；供需；影响因素；南京； - Abstract: Community public facilities are one of the important factors which affect residents’ quality of life in community with dense non-registered population. Taking Yinxiang community in Nanjing for example, the paper examines the characteristics of provision and requirement for public facilities in community with dense non-registered population, and discusses the influence factors of public facilities in special community under rapid urbanization. The results showed that the provision of public facilities in community with dense non-registered population is imbalanced. Requirements of residents in community with dense non-registered population appear as different structure, special preference and typical differentiation. Then the paper analyzes several major influencing factors.
