人口结构改变在东北三省村镇主要体现在人口流失与老龄化两方面。人口结构改变已成为东北三省村镇现阶段面临的重大问题，公共设施规划建设如何适应新的人口结构也已成为重要挑战。从人口结构视角，结合实地调研，分析东北三省村镇人口结构与公共设施建设概况，总结村镇居民对公共设施的使用情况及需求特征，得出人口萎缩与人口老龄化是影响公共设施建设的主要人口结构因素，最终提出东北三省村镇公共设施规划建设思考。 - 关键词：
人口结构；东北三省；村镇；公共设施；需求调查与分析； - Abstract: Rural population structure change reflects in population loss and aging population in Northeast China. The change is a major problem in present Chinese villages and towns. Planning and construction of public facilities also face major challenge. This paper, based on the perspective of population structure, combined with field investigation, analyzed population structure situation and public facilities construction, summarized the usage and demand characteristics of public facilities, pointed out pollution loss and aging population are the main demographic factors affecting public facilities construction in Northeast China. Finally, the paper put forward rural public facilities planning and construction thoughts for villages and towns in Northeast China.
