随着城市旅游景区数量和规模的不断增加，城市建设与旅游发展在空间资源分配与用地统筹安排方面的矛盾越来越突出。以西安曲江新区的数据实证为基础，基于溢出效应理论深入分析城市旅游景区对城市建设用地的影响机理与途径，探索在效应场范围内城市建设用地利用方式和强度变化特征与减损情况，并从城市规划与管理的角度提出相应的补偿思路与实施策略，进一步提高规划应对这一现实问题的科学性和精准性。 - 关键词：
城市旅游景区；溢出效应；城市建设用地；用地利用强度；容积率； - Abstract: With the increase in the number and size of the urban scenic areas, the urban development land resources allocation has become increasingly serious in urban construction and tourism development. Development of Xi'an Qujiang New District is a typical research case. Based on the spillover effect theory, the paper quantitatively research on some influence of urban scenic area on urban construction land, and reveal the scope of the use of land and the effect differences in field strength indicator level. The paper puts forward a series of ideas and strategies in the urban planning and management. The research will continuously improve the accuracy and scientificity of urban planning to solve practical problems.
