- 摘要：
城市土地利用效率研究对于优化城市土地空间配置、促进城市土地集约利用和经济发展方式转变具有十分重要的意义。文章从研究尺度、研究内容和研究方法3 个方面对国内外城市土地利用效率研究进行了梳理和总结。研究结果表明：（1）研究尺度上，主要关注宏观空间尺度，对微观空间尺度的关注较少；（2）研究内容上，聚焦于效率评价和驱动机制分析，对城市土地利用效率的机理、过程和效应的研究不足；（3）研究方法上，主要采用DEA 方法实施城市土地利用效率评价，对空间计量方法的应用不足。 - 关键词：
城市土地；土地利用效率；研究进展； - Abstract: Efficient use of urban land is helpful to optimize the urban spatial arrangement, improve urban land intensive use, and speed up change in the mode of economic development. In this paper, scale, contents and methods which were presented in urban land use efficiency are concluded elaborately: (1) There are three kinds of scale in spatiality. Macro scale contains whole country, urban agglomeration and province area; medium scale includes cities; micro scale indicates functional region and parcel. While, macro scales are more focused than other two scales. (2) As for the contents, theories, evaluation, driving forces, and spatial variation are mainly discussed in the literatures. The evaluation and driving forces of urban land use efficiency is widely concerned, however, mechanism, effects and approaches of urban land use efficiency are weakly concerned. (3) Statistics analysis and spatial analysis have been applied in researches, Data Envelope Analyze (DEA) are usually used to the evaluation, however, spatial econometric methods were applied extensively.
