    京津冀城市群各城市之间城镇化发展速度不同、差别大,其建设用地集约利用程度也各有差异,二者之间耦合协调才能促进经济社会协调发展,进而推动京津冀协同发展。研究以2006年、2010年和2014年为评价基期,在构建土地集约利用指标体系和城镇化水平综合评价指标体系的基础上运用熵权法确定权重,并结合耦合协调度模型探讨建设用地集约利用城镇化水平的耦合协调性,揭示京津冀土地集约利用与城镇耦合协调现状和空间分布情况。结果表明:北京市建设用地集约利用城镇化之间为高度协调,发展类型为集约度滞后型;天津市和沧州市为中度协调,天津市发展类型是集约度滞后型,沧州市为城镇化滞后型;河北省除了沧州市以外的其他城市均为低度协调。从空间分布来看:京津冀城市群南部地区由于距离北京、天津的距离较远,受到北京和天津辐射带动作用影响不大,区域建设用地与城镇化为低度协调,并且为城镇化滞后;而位于京津冀城市群的北部地区,由于距离北京、天津比较近,受到北京和天津经济辐射带动作用大,产业转型升级的带动作用强,因此城镇化滞后型和集约利用滞后型处在此消彼长、向协调发展的过渡期。

  • Abstract: Each city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration urbanization development speed is different, the difference is outstanding. The degrees of urban intensive use of construction land are different with each other due to the diverse urbanization phases. Only when a good coupled coordination relationship is established between urbanization and land intensive use can the social and economic development be promoted. Thus promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is important. The year of 2006,2010,2014 is selected as the evaluation period, we constructed evaluation system of the urbanization level and the intensive use of construction land, and then it combines with the entropy value method to measure the weight of each index, uses the coupling coordination degree model of intensive construction land use and urbanization level coupling coordination, reveals the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei land intensive utilization and the present condition of the town of coupling coordination. The results show that the intensive utilization of construction land and urbanization in Beijing are highly coordinated, and the development type is intensive and lagging; Tianjin and Cangzhou are moderate coordination, and the development type of Tianjin is intensive and lagging, and the urbanization of Cangzhou lags behind; Except for Cangzhou, Hebei has low coordination; From the point of view of spatial distribution: The southern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, because the distance is far from the Tianjin and Beijing, They were driven by radiation from Beijing and Tianjin, with little impact, regional construction land and urbanization are low coordination, and lag behind for urbanization; But located in the northern part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, due to relatively close to Beijing and Tianjin, Beijing and Tianjin by economic radiation play a big role, they were driven by more economic radiation from Beijing and Tianjin. The driving role of industrial transformation and upgrading is strong. Therefore, the lag and intensive use of urbanization lag, which lies in the transition period to coordinated development.
