本文在揭示封闭式与开放式住宅区不同产生背景的基础上，站在城市可持续发展的视角下对两种建设模式进行比较，得出开放式住宅区在土地资源利用、减少污染物排放、保护生态环境、缓解城市交通压力、促进社会和谐等方面更有效，更加符合当前所提倡的可持续发展理念，应当在考虑不同地区实际情况的前提下，逐步推广开放式住宅区。 - 关键词：
封闭；开放；城市可持续发展； - Abstract: On the basis of background of open and closed community, this essay compares two kinds of constructive mode of community from the perspective of urban sustainable development. It is proved that open community is better than closed ones in using of land resources, reducing pollutant emissions, protecting the ecological environment, easing the pressure on city traffic, and promoting social harmony, which are consistent with urban sustainable development better. With the consideration of the actual situation of different regions in China, open community should be promoted step by step.
