景观规划作为协调自然环境保护、景观体验、土地利用等多学科内容的空间规划工具，在德国的城市规划和建设过程中具有重要作用，对当今德国创造高质量人居环境具有积极的贡献。本文分析了德国景观规划的演变历程、规划体系与内容，并以德国下萨克森州汉诺威市为例，探讨了其景观规划与城市总体规划的融合过程，以期为我国在新型城镇化过程中应对环境保护问题、构建景观规划体系、推进“多规合一”工作，提供启示与建议。 - 关键词：
景观规划；总体规划；“多规合一”； - Abstract: Landscape planning has played a vital role in creating high-standard habitat environment of Germany as a spatial plan instrument coordinating environmental reservation, landscape experience, land use, and etc. This article analyzes the evolution and main contents of landscape planning in Germany and discusses the approach of landscape planning being incorporated into comprehensive planning, using Lower Saxony state and Hanover county as an example, which could enlighten the construction of landscape planning system and multiple plans integration in China.
