- 摘要：
运用熵值法，依据新型城镇化质量内涵，从经济绩效、社会发展、环境建设、城镇化效率、城乡统筹五个方面，构建新型城镇化质量综合测度指标体系，评价2014年广东省21个地级市的城镇化质量。研究表明：①城镇化质量整体处于良好状态，呈显著“哑铃型”分化；②城镇化质量呈明显空间集聚特征，且珠三角地区的城镇化质量领衔全省。③城镇化效率偏低、城乡统筹滞后于城镇化质量的发展。④城镇化质量与城镇规模无关，但与FDI有一定对应关系。⑤政府调控、经济驱动及发展要素是影响城镇化质量的三大因素，其中政府调控是可为城市带来发展机遇的外部性因素，而经济和发展要素是城镇化质量长远发展的核心动力与物质保障。 - 关键词：
城镇化质量；空间分异特征；成因机制；广东省； - Abstract: With the method of entropy, according to connotation of new-type urbanization, based on economic development, society development, environment construction, urbanization efficiency and urban-rural coordination of urban development, an appraisal index system is constructed to estimate the new-type urbanization quality of Guangdong province in 2014, and explore its spatial differentiation and causes. The results show:(1)New-type urbanization quality distributes like a dumbbell, and overall quality is good.(2)New-type urbanization quality demonstrates characteristics of agglomeration, and the quality of the Pearl River Delta is much better than other regions.(3)Urbanization efficiency, urban-rural coordination of urban development and urbanization quality are not developing simultaneously.(4)There is no relevance between city size and new-type urbanization, but foreign direct investment is related to urbanization quality.(5)Government regulation, economic and development elements are three vital influential factors of urbanization quality. Government regulation is external factor which brings great opportunities to cities, meanwhile economic and development elements are core motive and material guarantee of the long-term development of urbanization quality.
