- 摘要：
在灾害常态化的时代背景下，“韧性”理念逐渐被引入社区防灾减灾领域。从社区韧性的概念、 维度和评价三个方面综述国内外相关研究，发现 :对社区韧性的概念界定往往从资源、能力和 内在条件出发 ;社会、经济、自然是建构社区韧性最常见的三个维度 ;国外社区韧性评价相关 研究较多，国内基本上处于引介和本土化改造阶段 ;可从空间维度与时间维度的交叉融合、明 确利益相关者的责任、建立关键评价指标体系等方面，拓展社区韧性相关研究的深度、广度和 宽度。 - 关键词：
社区韧性；资本；脆弱性；防灾减灾； - Abstract: In the era of normalization of disasters, "resilience" idea has gradually been introduced into the field of community disaster prevention and mitigation. From the concept, dimension and evaluation of community resilience, this paper summarized the relevant research both at home and abroad and found that: the definitions of community resilience are usually from the perspective of resources, capabilities and internal conditions; social, economic and nature are the three most common dimensions of community resilience; there are many researches on the resilience evaluation of foreign communities, and the domestic is basically in the stage of introduction and localization transformation; the depth, breadth and breadth of the research on community resilience can be expanded from the intersection of spatial dimension and time dimension, clarifying stakeholder responsibility, and establishing key evaluation index system.
