本文基于计划行为理论和技术接受模型，结合居民绿色出行行为的特点，以新浪微博为数据源， 构建了居民绿色智能出行行为影响因素模型。研究发现，智能交通技术的感知有用性和感知易 用性影响居民绿色出行态度 ;绿色出行态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制影响绿色出行意向 ;制 度技术情境调节绿色出行行为。研究结果为政府及企业有效促进我国城市居民践行绿色出行行 为提供理论依据和决策参考。 - 关键词：
绿色出行；智能交通技术；计划行为理论；技术接受模型； - Abstract: Based on the technology acceptance model and theory of planned behavior, the study used grounded theory method to establish the model of residents’ green and intelligent travel behavior influencing factors. Data is collected on Sina micro-blog. Results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of intelligent transportation technology has a significant influence on attitude. Green travel attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a positive effect on behavior intention. In addition, the relationship between green travel intention and green travel behavior is moderated by institutional and technical context. From the perspective of innovation, this paper reveals the important role of intelligent transportation technology and institutional and technical context in green travel behavior, and provides a theoretical and practical basis for the government and enterprises to effectively motivate residents' green travel behavior.
