根据城镇化发展的规律和城镇化进程中土地利用效率的重要性，构建了河南省城镇化和土地利用效率耦合度模型并进行分析，结果显示 ：①城镇化总体发展方面呈现出多个城市处于较高水平，黄淮四市处于最低水平。土地利用效率指数呈现出郑州单极最高的情况。②河南省城镇发展和土地利用效率协调合理程度高的城市比例为很低，不合理的城市比重高达 41%。③全省城镇化水平和土地利用效率的耦合度水平要比耦合协调度水平差。结合河南省主体功能区规划的地区分布情况，文章最后给出了差异化推进城镇化和提高土地利用效率的政策建议。 - 关键词：
城市土地经济； ；城镇化 ；；耦合协调 ；；土地利用效率； ；河南省； - Abstract: In light of the urbanization development rules and the importance of the land use efficiency during the urbanization; this paper creates the coupling degree model for the urbanization and land use efficiency in Henan province, and then analyzes the spatial distribution and correlation of coupling degree. The results show that:(1) the general development of urbanization exhibits a high level in a number of cities, with the lowest level in the four cities of Huang-Huai region. Zhengzhou city exhibits the highest level of land use efficiency; (2) the proportion of the cities in Henan province with high level of reasonable coordination between urbanization development and land use efficiency is quite low, and in contrast the proportion of those cities with unreasonable coordination is up to 41%; (3) the degree of coupling of urbanization with the land use efficiency of the whole province is lower than the coupling coordination degree. Based on the regional distribution of the main functional area plan of Henan province, this paper gives the policy recommendations to promote the urbanization and improve the land use efficiency in differentiated courses.
