近年来，浙江省通过“块状经济”带动区域经济发展的模式遭遇瓶颈，特色小镇应运而生。本文在传统集聚经济学与演化经济地理学的框架下，以衍生企业和马歇尔外部性理论为切入点，并从自组织与他组织两方面构建特色小镇空间组织模式，提出“母体企业产生——衍生企业邻近集聚——多产业协同集聚——区域中心形成”的协同演化集聚机制。以杭州市梦想小镇、云栖小镇和云制造小镇三个互联网小镇为案例，解释特色小镇空间组织的基本特征和演化机制。 - 关键词：
衍生企业；特色小镇；互联网；空间组织模式； - Abstract: In recent years, the pattern of regional economic development driven by ‘block economy’ in Zhejiang province has encountered bottlenecks, and characteristic townships have emerged. In the framework of traditional agglomeration economics and evolutionary economic geography, this paper starts with the theory of derivative firms and Marshallian externalities, and constructs a spatial organization model for small towns from both self-organization and other organizations, and proposes that ‘maternal enterprise production’. Taking the case of the three internet towns of Hangzhou Dream Town, Yunqi Town, and Cloud Manufacturing Town as examples, the basic characteristics and evolutionary mechanism of spatial organization in a featured town are explained.
