城市新区的开发建设是城市空间扩张的重要方式，完善合理的公共服务设施配置可以加速城市新区的产业和人口集聚，促进土地价值提升，从而促进城市新区的健康有序发展。本文对城市公共服务设施研究现状和规划社会生态学思想进行了系统梳理，提出了社会生态学视角的公共服务设施规划的价值导向和路径选择。基于武汉临空港经济技术开发区医疗服务设施调查问卷数据，采用社会生态学分析方法，对不同收入水平和不同城镇化地区居民对医疗服务设施的完善度、便捷性和服务质量满意度进行评价。研究表明，不同收入水平的社会阶层之间医疗卫生服务设施分异特征明显，高收入群体在享有较高的医疗服务设施完善度的同时对医疗服务设施的便捷性和服务质量要求更高；城镇化水平与医疗服务设施的完善度和便捷性呈正相关，城镇化水平与医疗服务设施的满意度评价呈负相关，高城镇化地区居民对医疗服务的满意度诉求更加明显。并且提出了社会生态学视角下的医疗服务设施优化策略。 - 关键词：
社会生态学；医疗服务设施；城市开发新区； - Abstract: The development and construction of the new urban area is an important way for urban space expansion. Perfecting the rational allocation of public service facilities can accelerate the industrial and population concentration in the new urban area, promote the increase of land value, and stimulate the healthy and orderly development of the new urban area. This paper systematically reviews the status quo of research on urban public service facilities and planning social ecology, and proposes the value orientation and path selection of public service facilities planning from the perspective of social ecology. Based on the survey data of medical service facilities in Wuhan Airport Economic Development Zone, a social ecology analysis method was used to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of medical service facilities, convenience, and service quality among residents of different income levels and different urbanization areas. Studies have shown that the characteristics of medical and health service facilities differ significantly among social strata of different income levels. High-income groups have higher requirements for the convenience and service quality of medical service facilities while enjoying higher levels of medical service facilities. The level of integration is positively related to the improvement and convenience of medical service facilities. The level of urbanization is negatively associated with the evaluation of medical service facilities. The satisfaction of medical service satisfaction among residents in high urbanization areas is even more pronounced. The paper also put forward the optimization strategy of medical service facilities from the perspective of social ecology.
