伴随传统的城市发展方式难以进一步持续，存量规划的理念逐渐受到关注，城市建设区的优化和调整成为城市发展的重点。在此背景下，兼容性研究是解决用途冲突、提升城市生活品质的关键。对我国目前兼容性的概念进行反思，梳理西方现代城市规划如何在规划编制和管理中体现兼容性，对兼容性的概念和意义进行辨析。认为兼容性表达不同的行为活动之间的空间关系，城市规划应充分研究用途的行为特征，综合功能和行为两方面属性衡量兼容性。 - 关键词：
存量规划；兼容性；行为活动；土地用途； - Abstract: The planning for the built-up area is gradually concerned and adjusting the built-up area is the focus of urban development with the problems of traditional urban development model.Under this background, the research of land use compatibility is the key to resolve the land use conflicts and promote the environmental quantity. This article discusses the concept of compatibility, and reviews how to embody the compatibility in urban planning formulation and management. This is concluded that the land use compatibility reflects the space relationship of the different activities, and urban planning should research the activity characters of uses and judge the compatibility with the function and activity.
