“强镇扩权”改革政策中受到关注较多的就是项目审批扩权，它是政府行政管理体制改革的核心之一。以浙江省嘉善县姚庄镇为例，在明确小城镇项目审批扩权与“强镇扩权”改革的对应关系基础上，从审批权限转移角度回顾了项目审批扩权在小城镇实施的过程，并对当前已经完成的扩权工作进行初步评价。 - 关键词：
强镇扩权；项目审批扩权；实施过程；评价； - Abstract: The reform policy “Developing Towns Devolution” has been more concerned about the expansion of the projects approval, which is the core of the reform of the administrative system for the government. With the example of Yaozhuang town in Jiashan county and on the basis of the corresponding relationship between the expansion of the projects approval and the reform of the “Developing Towns Devolution”, this paper reviews the expansion of the projects approval process and evaluates the current work for the expansion from the angle of the transformation for the projects approval.
