从家庭结构变迁的视角研究发现，不同年龄的老年人 I A D L 需要帮助的程度均高于 A D L。老年人 现有养老环境的整体水平相对较好，其中养老服务质量的满意度相对低一些。家庭关怀对城市 纯老家庭老年人养老环境总体评价水平的影响最大。同时，家庭关怀也是老年人精神慰藉的主 要来源。然而，家庭结构变迁弱化了家庭对老年人的精神慰藉功能。关注老年人养老服务环境 和物质需求的同时给予老年人精神慰藉，对营造一个良好的养老服务环境有着重要意义。 - 关键词：
家庭结构变迁；纯老家庭；养老服务环境； - Abstract: From the perspective of family structural changes, it was found that the degree of IADL needed was higher than that of ADL in different age groups. The elderly families’ pension environment is relatively good, and the satisfaction level of the quality of the service for the aged is lower. Family care has the greatest impact on pension environment of the elderly, while family care is also the main source of spiritual comfort for the elderly. However, the family structure change has weakened the family's spiritual comfort function for the elderly. Caring for the pension service environment and material needs and giving spiritual comfort to the elderly were very important to build the pension service environment of elderly family.
