本文重点关注了提供社区居家养老服务设施的资金问题，通过分析社区居家养老设施的特殊性， 识别设施建设与运营期间的资金来源与支出，建立设施动态资金平衡分析模型来确定影响设施 资金平衡的关键影响因素，基于“可持续”理念提出针对性的社区居家养老设施发展策略。 - 关键词：
社区居家养老 ;养老设施 ;可持续 ;资金平衡分析 - Abstract: This article focuses on the financial problem of community-based care facilities, analyzes the characteristics of community-based care facilities, identifies the inflows and outflows of facilities, establishes the dynamic financial balance model, and then provides valuable strategies for ¡°sustainability¡±, in order to facilitate the healthy and sustainable development of the community-based care facility.
