本文重点关注了提供社区居家养老服务设施的资金问题，通过分析社区居家养老设施的特殊性， 识别设施建设与运营期间的资金来源与支出，建立设施动态资金平衡分析模型来确定影响设施 资金平衡的关键影响因素，基于“可持续”理念提出针对性的社区居家养老设施发展策略。 - 关键词：
社区居家养老；养老设施；可持续；资金平衡分析； - Abstract: This article focuses on the financial problem of community-based care facilities, analyzes the characteristics of community-based care facilities, identifies the inflows and outflows of facilities, establishes the dynamic financial balance model, and then provides valuable strategies for “sustainability”, in order to facilitate the healthy and sustainable development of the community-based care facility.
