运用主成分分析法，分 3 个时间断面（2004 年、2009 年、2015 年）对 51个冀中地区县域进行综合竞争力评价和排序，并计算相关变量的 Moran's I 指数，判断各主成分的空间自相关性。根据评价结果，归纳了河北省竞争力格局在宏观战略规划指导下，逐渐由“南北多点同高”的分散化低等级特征向“中间崛起、两翼腾飞”的“带状 + 圈层等级”特征转变，冀中地区逐渐打破京津高首位度的负面影响，逐步实现“扁平化 + 网络化”格局的特征和规律。 - 关键词：
冀中；综合竞争力；战略；空间格局；演变； - Abstract: With the principal component analysis method, the comprehensive competitiveness of 51 central Hebei region is evaluated and ranked in three time sections (2004, 2009, and 2015), and with the calculation of Moran's I index of correlation variables, the spatial autocorrelation of each principal component is determined. According to the evaluation results, it reveals that under the guidance of the macro strategic planning, the competitive structure of Hebei province gradually evolved from the decentralized low-grade features of “multi-points with the same heights in the north and the south” to the “banded + circled levels” in the “middle rise, two wings takeoff”. With the transformation of characteristics, the central Hebei region gradually broke the negative influence of the high degree of Beijing and Tianjin and gradually realized the characteristics and laws of the “flattening + networking” pattern.
