以城市街区为研究对象，从集约化概念和测度方法角度出发，探讨集约化街区评价体系的建构，以及数据包络分析法作为评价方法的可行性问题。在此基础上，将上述指标体系和评价方法应用于南京新街口片区的实例分析和讨论中，构建从指标体系到空间评价、再到形态引导的操作方法。 - 关键词：
集约化；城市街区；评价体系；数据包络分析； - Abstract: Taking urban block as the object of study, this paper discusses the construction of the evaluation system of intensive neighborhoods and the feasibility of data envelopment analysis (DEA) as an evaluation method from the angle of intensive concept and measurement method. On this basis, the above index system and evaluation method are applied to the case analysis and discussion of Nanjing Xinjiekou area, and the operation method from index system to space evaluation and form guidance is constructed.
