中国自 20 世纪 90 年代中后期开始，出现了国际学界称之为“城市居住空间分异”的现象。近 20 年来 S S C I 的相关研究文献表明，中国城市空间分异的表现形式、类型、成因及社会影响等，既 有与世界其他国家相同之处，又有中国的特殊性。城市居住空间分异在一定范围内属于正常，超 出阈值便会带来消极效应。中国城市化进程中虽然没有出现居住空间的贫富严重对立，但也形 成了多种形态的居住空间分异，因此必须高度关注和研究其发展态势。 - 关键词：
中国城市空间结构；城市居住空间分异；研究综述； - Abstract: Since the 1990s, urban residential differentiation phenomenon has emerged in Chinese cities. Existing studies published on SSCI-listed journals over the past two decades have demonstrated that there are similarities and its particularities between Chinese cities and other cities in the world, in terms of manifestations, types, causes, and social implications. Urban residential differentiation is normal within a certain range and has negative social implications when it exceeds the threshold. Although there is no sharp opposition between the rich and the poor in urbanization in China, there are various forms of socio-spatial differentiation. In sum, it is important to pay high attention to future development of urban restructuring.
