在构建公共文化场馆社会效益评价指标体系的基础上，运用灰色关联度评价法和灰色关联聚类分析法对我国公共文化场馆社会效益进行评价研究。结果显示 :我国公共文化场馆社会效益各区域产生不均衡，东部区域整体社会效益较高，中部区域社会效益排名居中，西部区域社会效益相对落后 ;5 类社会效益中就业收入影响和人口素质提高方面的社会效益最显著，附加服务功能社会效益十分显著，基本服务功能社会效益一般显著，文化生活丰富社会效益不太显著。为克 服这些问题，急需制定我国公共文化场馆整体运营发展规划，扩大资金投入渠道，加强公共文化场馆开展过程中的运营管理和宣传推广工作，完善其周边相关服务设施及配套建设。 - 关键词：
公共文化场馆；社会效益评价；灰色关联度；灰色关联聚类分析； - Abstract: On the basis of constructing the social benefit evaluation index system of public cultural venues, the social relevance of public cultural venues in China is measured and assessed using the grey relevance degree evaluation method and the grey relational clustering analysis method. The results indicate that the social benefits of public cultural venues in our country are uneven in all regions: the overall social benefits in the eastern region are higher, the social benefits in the central region are ranked in the middle, and the social benefits in the western regions are relatively backward. Regarding the impact of employment income in the five types of social benefits and the improvement of the quality of the population, the social benefits are most significant, the social benefits of the additional service functions are very significant, the social benefits of basic service functions are generally significant, and the social benefits of cultural life are not significant. In order to overcome these problems, it is urgent to formulate plans for the overall operation and development of public cultural venues in China, and to strengthen the operation and management of public cultural venues.
