“城市双修”工作顺应新时代生态文明建设和城市高质量发展要求应运而生，是实现城市可持续发展、解决“城市病”的重要手段。为此，要正确认识“城市病”产生的根源、原因以及“城市双修”的范围、对象、方法和重点。本文以南京“城市双修”试点工作为实证，采取综合评估、问卷调查等多种方式，充分体现 “以人民为中心”，坚持问题导向，深入分析“城市病”症结，以此确定“城市双修”工作任务重点和行动举措，并总结提炼相应实施成效和工作经验，可为其他城市提供参考借鉴。 - 关键词：
高质量发展；城市双修；生态修复；城市修补；路径； - Abstract: "Urban double repair" which is an important mean to realize sustainable development of cities and solve urban diseases have been producing, adapting to the new situation of ecological civilization construction and urban high-quality development in the new period. Therefore, it is necessary to understand correctly the origins and causes of urban diseases, and the scope and object of "urban double repair" as well as its method and focus. Taking the pilot project of "urban double repair" in Nanjing as an example, this paper adopts comprehensive evaluation, questionnaire survey and other methods, and deeply analyzes urban issues, which are urgent to be resolved in Nanjing. Taking those problems as the guidance, the key tasks and action plans of "urban double repair" work are determined, and the corresponding results and experiences is summarized to provide reference for other cities.
