“智慧停车”是美国USGBC 最新推出的绿色停车设施评价标准。它包含管理、功能、结构及技术设计以及创新四个部分，依据评价指标体系的内容及分值对停车设施进行绿色认证及评级。学习智慧停车评价体系，可以为我国制定相关评价标准及指标体系提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
智慧城市；智慧停车；评价指标；停车设施认证；绿色车库； - Abstract: Parksmart is the latest USGBC evaluation assessment for green parking facilities in the United States. It includes four parts: management, program, structure and technical design, and innovations. Green certification and rating of parking facilities are based on the contents and scores of the evaluation index system. This paper evaluates the Parksmart evaluation system and provide recommendations to formulate a relevant evaluation rating system in China.
