- 摘要：
大都市边缘区是“城”“乡”过渡的重要地带，研究立足于土地利用冲突的地域性、系统性、层次性特点：（1）基于人地关系视角建构大都市边缘区土地利用冲突的解释框架，从“地—地”冲突、“人—人”冲突、“人—地”冲突这三个方面揭示土地利用冲突的特点、形成机制。（2）基于以上三个方面分析土地利用冲突产生的根源性问题，并从建构规划核心价值标准、补充完善空间规划内容、创新规划实施管理机制三个方面提出大都市边缘区规划应对策略。 - 关键词：
人地关系；大都市边缘区；土地利用冲突；规划应对；西安 - Abstract: The metropolitan fringe area is an important area for the transition between ¡°city¡± and ¡°township¡±. The study is based on the regional, systematic and hierarchical characteristics of land use conflicts: (1) Constructing land use conflicts in the fringe of metropolitan areas based on the perspective of human-land relations. The interpretation framework reveals the characteristics and formation mechanism of land use conflicts from the three aspects of ¡°land-ground¡± conflict, ¡°human-human¡± conflict, and ¡°humanland¡± conflict. (2) Analyzing the root causes of land use conflicts based on the above three aspects, and proposing the coping strategies of the metropolitan fringe area from three aspects: constructing the core value standard of the plan, supplementing the content of the space plan, and implementing the management mechanism of the innovation plan.
