文章以厦门市马銮湾海绵城市试点区为研究对象，通过ArcGIS 软件对试点区进行地形参数计算处理，构建SWMM 雨洪模型进行水文模拟，并进行雨洪措施工程的综合效益评价。结果表明：（1）雨洪模型的构建与暴雨径流模拟在率定和验证过程中表现出较好的适用性。（2）雨洪模型构造及其成果对城市局部区域防灾防洪具有参考作用，能够为海绵城市建设提供相应技术支持。（3）雨洪工程的建设带来经济收益的同时，更是有效促进了生态循环可持续发展。 - 关键词：
ArcGIS；SWMM；雨洪模型；综合效益评价；海绵城市； - Abstract: This paper takes the sponge city pilot zone of Maluan Bay in Amoy as the research object. The topographic parameter data were calculated and processed through ArcGIS software, the SWMM rain flood model was constructed for hydrological simulation, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the storm flood measures project will be conducted. The results show that: (1) Rain flood model construction and storm runoff simulation shows good applicability in the process of calibration and verification. (2) The rainwater model structure and its results have reference functions for disaster prevention and flood control in local areas, which can provide corresponding technical support for the construction of sponge cities. (3) While bringing economic benefits, the construction of rainwater project also effectively promotes the ecological cycle sustainability and social well-being of the environment.
