南京市是国家重要中心城市、江苏省会城市和长三角特大城市，但城市首位度不高。通过对南京都市圈的城市规模、综合经济、科技人才、产业发展、公共服务和对外开放的分项首位度综合研究，属于中度首位度城市。应围绕战略统筹规划创新、资源协同融合创新、产业集群政策创新、基础设施建设创新和智慧城市整合创新等策略，提升南京都市圈中心城市的创新首位度。 - 关键词：
省会城市；都市圈；首位度； - Abstract: Nanjing city is an important central city, the capital city of Jiangsu province and the megacity of Yangtze River Delta, but the urban primacy index is not high. Through a comprehensive study of the urban scale, comprehensive economy, scientific and technological talents, industrial development, public services, and opening to the outside world in the Nanjing metropolitan area, it was found that the primacy index is at the average level. We should focus on strategies such as strategic planning and innovation, resource synergy and innovation, industrial cluster policy innovation, infrastructure construction innovation and smart city integration innovation, and promotion of the innovate urban primacy index in central cities of Nanjing metropolitan area.
